A Beautifully restored farmhouse: sleeps up to 8 with full kitchen; dining room; sitting room; 2 bathrooms; natural swimming pond, garden shower, outside cooking, dining, lounging, grilling and children's play areas all set within an olive grove, vineyard, veg gardens and other fruit trees.
All 4 bedrooms are available as double or twin rooms with 2 single beds allowing you to be really flexible with your sleeping arrangements. Each room has bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe/hanging space, storage area, chairs and mirror.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a 4-ring gas cooker with fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and food processor as well as all the utensils you will need. There are simple spices and basics already there for you but we also offer a "welcome pack" providing all essentials and specifically catered to your needs:
The house is ideal for six people but can cater for up to eight (including two small children or babies). The farmhouse is also available as a smaller self-catering apartment sleeping three adults and one baby or three B&B double or twin rooms. The apartment links with the other bedrooms via an outside staircase.
Bedroom 1 has beautiful views of the Sibillini mountains. Bedroom 2 is full of original features including an old fireplace and intriguing cubbyhole. Bedroom 3 - the apartment room - is en-suite and wonderfully cosy: cool in summer and warm in winter. Bedroom 4 is a delightful attic room full of character. We also have a single sofa bed available in the sitting room and several cots available for small children which we can set up in the bedrooms.
The kitchen table seats up to six people but there is also a comfortable dining room which seats up to 10 with a high chair if you are a larger group. The sitting room has a wood burner (great for keeping your toes and teas warm!!) as well as comfy seating for 8 people, plenty of cushions to snuggle with and full access to the veg garden just outside the door.
The farmhouse consists of three sections. The rentable part is made up of the two upper houses and Saranne and Graham live in the lower house with their two daughters. They are there to answer your questions and to assist you should you need it, a huge benefit for those looking for full relaxation.
